Proposed Home Business - Eighty Road, Baldivis

Proposal

We have received an application seeking retrospective approval for a home business (massage and sauna therapy) at 613 Eighty Road, Baldivis.

The proposal is outlined as follows:

• Use of an existing outbuilding on the site for the purposes of a home business providing sauna, ice bath and massage chair
• an area of 65 m² is proposed to be used for the home business
• three (3) on site car parking bays are proposed for clientele
• proposed hours of operation are:
  • Monday to Friday  6am -12pm and 2pm - 7pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 8am - 2pm
• bookings are managed via an online appointment system with a proposed maximum of 10-15 clients visits per day
• two advertising signs (corflute signs) are at the entrance of the site, with another three internal to the site directing clientele to parking and the entry.
