We provide all staff with access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing counselling and support to all employees and their immediate family members. EAP is a free (up to six sessions) and confidential service to discuss any work or personal issues that are an inevitable part of life.

Enterprise Agreements

We have two Enterprise Agreements that set out the terms and conditions of employment including salaries, superannuation, hours, allowances, leave and penalty rates.
