The Rockingham Activity Guide has been produced to promote fun and creative sporting, recreational and leisure activities in Rockingham. The guide aims to promote healthy active lifestyles and improve overall health and wellbeing.
National guidelines recommend 150-300 minutes of moderate physical activity each week for good health. All activities in the Activity Guide will help you "find 30", connect you with your community and achieve this goal. The Rockingham Activity Guide has recently been updated. See below for the new guide.
