The Rockingham Activity Guide has been produced to promote fun and creative sporting, recreational and leisure activities in Rockingham. The guide aims to promote healthy active lifestyles and improve overall health and wellbeing.
National guidelines recommend 150-300 minutes of moderate physical activity each week for good health. All activities in the Activity Guide will help you "find 30", connect you with your community and achieve this goal. We are currently updating the Rockingham Activity Guide which will be released later this year.
