We are committed to offering a number of opportunities to recent graduates and those looking for an apprenticeship, giving them the chance to develop their theoretical knowledge and gain some practical experience in the career of their choice.

Graduate Program

We have graduates in a variety of disciplines, including financial services, environmental health, planning, engineering and community development.

All graduate opportunities will be advertised on our current job vacancies page when they become available or you can subscribe to receive an email notification when a graduate position reopens.

Apprenticeships

We employ several apprentices across the organisation.

An apprentice participates in a training program, usually of four years' duration, combining work and structured training.  On completion of your apprenticeship you will be a qualified tradesperson with a variety of options available to you. Some of the areas you can work in include:

  • heavy duty mechanics
  • horticulture and turf management

All apprenticeship opportunities will be advertised on our current job vacancies page when they become available or you can subscribe to receive an email notification when an apprenticeship becomes available.
