The Aqua Jetty offers in excess of 80 group fitness classes per week. Sessions run throughout the day from early morning until mid evening. No matter what your fitness level, there is a class suitable for you. Experienced and qualified instructors are here to motivate and guide you through each class with great music and the latest choreography.

| Aqua | This class is for those who want more than Aqua Movers class but not as intense as Aqua Fit. |
| Aqua Fit | Using the water as resistance, this class is great for aerobic fitness and burning calories. This class incorporates toning and strengthening exercises for all muscle groups, including core stabilisation with the use of dumbbells, paddles, noodles and kickboards. In summer months this class becomes Deep Water. |
| Aqua Movers | This fun class is designed for older adults and others wanting to take it a little easier than Aqua Fit. A fantastic class for pre/post-natal women. Low impact, tones all muscle groups. |
| BODYATTACK | This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Body Attack Express 30 minutes. |
| BODYBALANCE | Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. |
| BODYCOMBAT | This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. |
| BODYPUMP | This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. |
| BODYSTEP | Using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-along music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. |
| Bootcamp | An intense and fast-paced exercise, bootcamp includes many different exercises to improve your strength, endurance and core strength. |
| Boxing | Boxing utilises all components of functional fitness training to gain improvements in muscular and cardiovascular endurance while also maintaining a high level of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Fun and enjoyment using pads and gloves in a group environment. |
| Cardio Dance | Cardio Dance is a fun class for all fitness levels as options are provided. A mix of Spanish, Latin and 80s music with simple and fun choreography that is easy to learn. |
| Cardio Sculpt | A dynamic low impact mix of cardio and functional strength exercises to challenge your entire body during which you can use hand weights, bands, balls and steps to maximise toning and calorie burn. |
| ChiBall | The chi ball method is based on traditional eastern philosophies with western ideas to produce a mind/body health and fitness concept based on traditional Chinese medicine and incorporates tai chi and qi gong, chi ball dance, yoga, pilates and deep relaxation/meditation. |
| Club Power | A strength workout for your entire body using bars and weight plates. |
| CORE | This 30-minute workout tones and conditions your abs, glutes and back, and improves posture and movement control. |
| Core Flow | A class catering to all ability levels that promotes core and all over body strength, flexibility, postural alignment, balance and stability movements that support healthy back and joints. |
| Deep Water Aqua | Our Deep Water Aqua classes use a buoyancy belt for full-body toning with constant water resistance. Held in the outdoor pool, classes move indoors and run as Aqua Fit if the weather is unsuitable. |
| Empowered | Suitable for everyone. A dynamic low-impact mix of cardio and functional strength training exercises to challenge your entire body. Become EMPOWERED to work at your own level and improve your posture, inner strength, muscular tone, flexibility and heart health. |
| Energize | A full body fat burning class, Energize will kick start your metabolism into overdrive. High to low intensity options. Suitable for all levels of fitness. |
| Fitball Body Sculpt | A total body and cardiovascular workout using fitballs, hand weights and bands. Suitable for all fitness levels and options can be given. |
| Flow Yoga | In Flow Yoga we sync the movements of our body with the flow of our breath. The classes are fluid and active, which allows us to open up within, build strength and flexibility with awakening energy. We then completely wind down to release, soften and restore peaceful balance within. |
| Freestyle Step | These classes involve exercising on, over and around a height adjustable step to fun sing-along tunes. Cardio tracks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that tone and shape your body. |
| Functional Fit | In this group class you will use weights, bands and bodyweight to build functional strength. Specific instruction is given on how to perform exercises effectively and safely. Suitable for all fitness and ability levels. |
| Gentle Flow | Foundational Yoga catering to all ability levels. Combining breath awareness with grounding stability and mindful focus. Improve flexibility, strength and balance through self-mastery and foundational poses. |
| Healthy Heart | Our healthy heart classes are designed to be safe for people with stable long-term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity, or for people who have not exercised for a while. Medical clearance required. |
| Hydro Movers | A class for seniors held in the warmth of the hydrotherapy pool. This will assist you with mobility and will improve agility and coordination. |
| Pilates | The pilates method is a unique training system using concentration and slow, controlled, precise movements to achieve inner strength, physical endurance, muscular tone, flexibility and wellbeing. |
| Power | Power is a full body workout using weights to challenge your whole body, inspiring you to get results fast. |
| RPM | Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Discover the athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. |
| RPM ENDURO | A 60-minute RPM class for participants wanting an extra push in their cycle training. |
| Slow Flow Yoga | Slow relaxing, healing flow - release the day, let go of the worries, heal the mind, body and spirit. |
| Spin | Low impact, low intensity spin class to challenge your cardio fitness in a fun-filled environment. |
| Sprint | A 30-minute high-intensity, low-impact workout that is scientifically proven to return rapid results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. |
| Strength for Life | Strength for Life is an evidenced based progressive resistance exercise program that is tailored for each individual. The program accommodates specific injuries or pathologies that participants present with and enables them to participate according to their own ability. Group stretching and balance work are done together at the start and end of each class. Very welcoming and extremely social. |
| Yoga | These classes are suitable for all levels from active beginners to regular members. Yoga combines breath awareness with mindful focus and simple yoga poses, allowing the growth of functional strength, flexibility and mindfulness. |
| Zumba | Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. |
| Zumba Gold | Zumba Gold is for active older adults or beginners who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. |
LiveWell membership is exclusively for over 60s and anyone with a disability.
Membership includes:
- health club access from Monday to Friday until 5pm, and on weekends from 7am to 7pm
- a personalised program based on individual needs, reassessments every six to eight weeks
- access to 30 land and water-based group fitness classes each week at Aqua Jetty
- access to five Strength for Life classes each week
- access to group fitness classes at the Warnbro Community Recreation Centre
- sauna, spa, steam room and hydrotherapy pool
- indoor heated leisure pool
- 25m x ten lane indoor heated pool
- 50m x ten lane outdoor heated pool
- seasonal access to Rockingham Aquatic Centre.
Tween membership is for 11-12 year olds only and they must have a parent or guardian's signature on the membership agreement.
Membership includes:
- access to limited group fitness classes each week at Aqua Jetty (guardian attendance may be required dependent on class)
- indoor heated leisure pool
- 25m x ten lane indoor heated pool
- 50m x ten lane outdoor heated pool.

Group fitness at Warnbro Community Recreation Centre
Group fitness classes at Warnbro Community Recreation Centre are available to members and non-members. Bookings are essential through the member portal.
