LesMills RPM Class at the Aqua Jetty

The Aqua Jetty offers in excess of 80 group fitness classes per week.  Sessions run throughout the day from early morning until mid evening.  No matter what your fitness level, there is a class suitable for you.  Experienced and qualified instructors are here to motivate and guide you through each class with great music and the latest choreography.

Class information

  • All Abilities BODYBALANCE

    Provides more options and modifications for new participants and those wanting to take it a little easier than the usual BODYBALANCE classes, with controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


    This class is for those who want more than Aqua Movers class but not as intense as Aqua Fit.

    Aqua Fit

    Using the water as resistance, this class is great for aerobic fitness and burning calories.  This class incorporates toning and strengthening exercises for all muscle groups, including core stabilisation with the use of dumbbells, paddles, noodles and kickboards.  In summer months this class becomes Deep Water.

    Aqua Movers

    This fun class is designed for older adults and others wanting to take it a little easier than Aqua Fit.  A fantastic class for pre/post-natal women.  Low impact, tones all muscle groups.


    This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.  Body Attack Express 30 minutes.


    Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


    This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.


    This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.


    Using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-along music and approachable instructors.  Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.


    An intense and fast-paced exercise, bootcamp includes many different exercises to improve your strength, endurance and core strength.

    Cardio Sculpt

    A dynamic low impact mix of cardio and functional strength exercises to challenge your entire body during which you can use hand weights, bands, balls and steps to maximise toning and calorie burn.


    The chi ball method is based on traditional eastern philosophies with western ideas to produce a mind/body health and fitness concept based on traditional Chinese medicine and incorporates tai chi and qi gong, chi ball dance, yoga, pilates and deep relaxation/meditation.


    This 30-minute workout tones and conditions your abs, glutes and back, and improves posture and movement control.


    Suitable for everyone. A dynamic low-impact mix of cardio and functional strength training exercises to challenge your entire body. Become empowered to work at your own level and improve your posture, inner strength, muscular tone, flexibility and heart health.

    Fitball Body Sculpt

    A total body and cardiovascular workout using fitballs, hand weights and bands.  Suitable for all fitness levels and options can be given.

    Healthy Heart

    Our healthy heart classes are designed to be safe for people with stable long-term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity, or for people who have not exercised for a while.  Medical clearance required.

    Hydro Movers

    A class for seniors held in the warmth of the hydrotherapy pool.  This will assist you with mobility and will improve agility and coordination.


    The Metafit 30-minute body weight training system gets results.  A functional and effective metabolic workout that will change the way you train, a high intensity workout adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities.


    MetaPWR is a 30-minute circuit class that combines resistance and body weight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility and cardio-vascular efficiency.


    The pilates method is a unique training system using concentration and slow, controlled, precise movements to achieve inner strength, physical endurance, muscular tone, flexibility and well-being.


    Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Discover the athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.


    Low impact, low intensity spin class to challenge your cardio fitness in a fun-filled environment.


    A 30 minute high intensity, low impact workout that is scientfically proven to return rapid results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.

    Strength and Tone

    A weight training class to music specifically for the over 50s using adjustable bars.  Specific instruction is given on how to perform the exercises effectively and safely.


    Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away.

    Zumba Gold

    Zumba Gold is for active older adults or beginners who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

  • LiveWell membership is exclusively for over 50s and anyone with a disability.

    Membership includes:

    • health club access from Monday to Friday until 5pm, and on weekends from 7am to 7pm
    • a personalised program based on individual needs, reassessments every six to eight weeks
    • access to 22 land and water-based group fitness classes each week at Aqua Jetty
    • access to five Strength for Life classes each week
    • access to group fitness classes at the Warnbro Community Recreation Centre
    • sauna, spa, steam room and hydrotherapy pool
    • indoor heated leisure pool
    • 25m x ten lane indoor heated pool
    • 50m x ten lane outdoor heated pool.
  • Tween membership is for 11-13 year olds only and they must have a parent or guardian's signature on the membership agreement.

    Membership includes:

    • access to limited group fitness classes each week at Aqua Jetty (guardian attendance may be required dependent on class)
    • indoor heated leisure pool
    • 25m x ten lane indoor heated pool
    • 50m x ten lane outdoor heated pool.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book group fitness classes online?

Online group fitness bookings are currently only available for members for group fitness classes held at the Warnbro Community Recreation Centre. To book, follow the instructions below.

  1. Login to the member portal.
    If you are logging in to the member portal for the first time, click 'Reset Forgotten Password' and follow the prompts received in your email.
    Your email address is the email address you used to sign up for a membership at Aqua Jetty.
  2. Click Book Online, then Group Fitness Bookings.
  3. This will take you to the group fitness classes available for the current day.
  4. You can change the view type at the top right by clicking List View/Grid View.
  5. You can change the day you would like to see at the top using the date filters.
  6. You can see the number of spaces available in a class by hovering over/clicking on its book button.
  7. Once you find the class you want to book, click the book button to continue.
  8. Check the confirmation and click Book now.
  9. Once you have booked your class, you will be redirected to your bookings calendar and will receive a confirmation email. 
  10. You can also see your current bookings on the home page of the member portal.

How do I see and manage my current group fitness bookings?

Group fitness bookings can be managed via the Aqua Jetty member portal.

  1. Login to the member portalopens in a new window.
  2. Your current bookings are located on the home page under 'Manage Upcoming Bookings'
  3. Click the magnifying glass to view the booking details.
  4. Click the Cancel Booking button to cancel your booking.

Are group fitness classes included in my membership?

Group fitness classes are included in Gold and Silver memberships with limited classes available for LiveWell, Teen and Tween memberships.
