Our gym is open-plan with separate areas for cardiovascular exercise, weights/strength training and stretching.
The gym is equipped with a large range of equipment for all your needs including:
- upright and recumbent bikes
- rowing machines
- steppers and cross-trainers
- machine and free weights.
Our qualified and enthusiastic staff members are on hand to offer guidance to assist members to achieve optimal benefits from each training session.
We provides you with a motivating environment and the ability to train by yourself, with a mate or in a small group.
All members receive a free fitness appraisal from a qualified instructor, which includes:
- completion of a pre-exercise health questionnaire
- resting heart rate and blood pressure
- cardiovascular fitness testing
- flexibility testing
- comprehensive walk-throughs and weight recommendations.
Following your appraisal, a personalised exercise program will be prepared along with a one-on-one session demonstrating correct techniques and use of the equipment.
Your exercise program and fitness goals will be monitored throughout the duration of your membership.
Personal training sessions are also available from professional instructors registered through Fitness Australia.
The personal training involves 30 or 60 minute one-on-one sessions and is designed to assist you to more effectively achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.
