The Youth Sport Leadership Program supports the development of young people aged 12 – 15 years in upskilling to take on future leadership roles at their local sports clubs, whether on or off the field.
The course builds young role models within the community by improving communication skills, enhancing problem solving abilities, boosting leadership qualities and increasing confidence.
Interactive, fun and engaging activities will highlight teamwork, clear communication, developing a growth mindset and the importance of allowing others to have their say.
