How do I register for Rates Smoothing?

Each year the Rates Smoothing form is included with your annual rate notice. You need to complete this form and return by 14 August 2020.  Rates Smoothing forms received after this date will not be processed.

Can I make my Rates Smoothing payments in person or by cheque?

No. You can only pay via direct debit from your nominated bank account or credit card if you register for Rates Smoothing.

Can I change my option from weekly/fortnightly/monthly during the year?

No. Once you have entered into an agreement, that must be adhered to for the remainder of the financial year. You can change your option when you receive your next annual rate notice.
