No, Aqua Jetty Swim School lessons do not run on public holidays. Direct debit payments are suspended accordingly.
Swimming lessons run throughout the short school holidays. Lessons do take a break over Christmas and recommence in mid-January of each year.
We do not offer make up lessons, however as an Aqua Jetty Swim School student, you can use our aquatic facilities any time outside of your lesson.
Yes, you can suspend lessons for a minimum of two weeks at a time and a maximum of four weeks per year (not including the Christmas break). To suspend your lessons, please fill out the relevant cancellation forms in the Swim School office.
Aqua Jetty swimming lessons run continuously and not on a term-by-term basis.

Yes, you can change at any time with the staff in the Swim School office. Lesson changes are subject to availability.
Lessons can be paid for via direct debit or an upfront payment for 12 weeks.
When your child is ready to move up a level, your instructor or on-deck supervisor will inform you. You will then need to see the Swim School administration staff to change to a suitable day and time.
When your child in enrolled into swimming lessons at the Aqua Jetty, they receive a free swimming membership to use at any time. If your child is under five years old, a guardian over the age of 16 is permitted free of charge, as an adult is required in the pool during this time. Please collect a "Watch around Water" band from the front reception if a child under five years old is swimming outside of their lesson time.
Some levels do require a parent to be in the pool for maximum swimming time and to enable children to progress at their own pace.
To book into lessons you can either come down to the centre or call to book in over the phone. In some cases there may be a direct debit option online once the lesson booking is complete.
