Secret Harbour Town Centre

The Secret Harbour Town Centre serves its function as a district centre for the established suburbs of Secret Harbour and Port Kennedy, as well as the expanding suburbs of Golden Bay and Singleton.

The Town Centre has been designed and developed around traditional 'main street' principles which provides for activated, vibrant and pedestrian-friendly public spaces.

Construction of the Stage Two Secret Harbour Shopping Centre commenced in early 2016.  This development sees the Town Centre being developed in accordance with the approved Secret Harbour Indicative Development Plan.

Baldivis Town Centre

The Baldivis Town Centre will contain a range of commercial and community facilities that will cater for the rapidly expanding Baldivis urban area.

We have been working closely with the landowners within the Baldivis Town Centre, located on Safety Bay Road between Nairn Drive and Baldivis Road, in amending its development footprint, referred to as the Indicative Development Plan.

The amended Indicative Development Plan provides a framework within which the Town Centre will evolve. The Town Centre is designed around traditional 'main street' principles which should lead to lively public spaces and convenient access to services.

The first stages of the Town Centre commenced trading in 2007.
