Baldivis Recreation Reserve Master Plan

The project is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the site in order to provide a master plan for the Baldivis Recreation Reserve including a site layout, building concept plans and cost estimates.

Project Update

At an Ordinary Meeting of Council on Tuesday 27 May 2025, the City of Rockingham’s Elected Members voted to adopt the Baldivis Recreation Reserve Master Plan report and consider allocating funding of $13,420,000 towards the implementation of the Baldivis Recreation Reserve Master Plan as part of future Business Plans (read the meeting minutesopens in a new window).
