Project summary

We are developing a master plan to guide future works and improvements at the Baldivis Recreation Reserve. A master plan is a long term planning document that will provide a clear vision and direction for the future use of the reserve.

The project is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the site in order to provide a master plan for the Baldivis Recreation Reserve including a site layout, building concept plans and cost estimates.

Current update

The City is in the process of working with the consultant on delivery of the master plan, which is anticipated to be presented to Council for consideration in early 2025. Please note timeframes are subject to change.
