Service complaints

We welcome service complaints as a form of valuable feedback that will assist in ultimately improving services provided to the community. We are confident that we can resolve the majority of complaints received, however we are aware that we may not be able to satisfy every customer on every occasion.

A service complaint arises after all reasonable attempts have been made to resolve an issue on an informal basis. Service complaints can be made by completing a Customer Service Complaint form.
