The purpose of the meeting is:
- Appoint Council Members as a member and deputy member to the Corporate and Community Development Committee, and as a deputy member to the Planning and Assets Service Committee.
- Anniversary Park Redevelopment - Tender Award.
The meeting is open to the public and there will be public question time, but only in relation to the above purpose. One item to be discussed has a confidential report attachment and this may be dealt with behind closed doors.
