Voters in the City of Rockingham have ushered in a new era of leadership, with former Deputy Mayor Lorna Buchan elected to the office of Mayor for a four-year term, and three new Councillors.
The results were confirmed by the Western Australian Electoral Commission, with the new Council formally sworn in on Tuesday night.
