Twenty-four staff members volunteered their time to help improve the organisation's facilities and outdoor spaces, taking on tasks including painting and removing weeds and overgrowth.
The Corporate Volunteering Program provides local not-for-profit and community organisations with practical support from City staff, helping them undertake projects that can enhance their services and benefit the wider community.
The program can support a team of up to 24 staff members, or two teams of 12, and is offered up to three times each year, subject to demand.
