The Rockingham Lotteries House (RLH) is currently located within the City's Administration building. It was identified that relocating RLH from their existing premises to a more suitable, fit for purpose location was necessary to improve service provision and allow for the expansion of the City's administration.
Following an investigation into suitable locations, the two former child care centre buildings located on Council Avenue, Rockingham were identified as the most suitable site.
December 2025 update:
AE Hoskins Building Services have been awarded the tender for the redevelopment works.
