Rockingham Lotteries House and Community Hub

December 2025 update:

AE Hoskins Building Services have been awarded the tender for the redevelopment works. 

Works have now commenced on site and are expected to be complete in September 2026.

This project will see the conversion of two vacant buildings, into two fit for purpose community buildings.

Building one will be converted into a community hub that will be leased to a not for profit organisation.  It will have:

• 4 individual offices
• Kitchen
• Two large activity spaces
• Storage
• Landscaped and fenced outdoor area.

Building two will be converted into the new Rockingham Lotteries House.  It will have:

• 18 individual offices
• Large activity room
• Storage
• Kitchen
• Waiting area
• Landscaped and fenced outdoor area.
