Project summary

We have improved the condition of Mundijong Road between Kwinana Freeway to St Albans Road, Baldivis.

As part of the City’s ongoing commitment to providing safe and efficient transport infrastructure, it is essential to maintain and upgrade key transport routes to ensure they remain safe, reliable and fit for purpose. The Mundijong Road Rehabilitation and Resurfacing Project focused on improving the condition and longevity of the road to better accommodate current and future traffic volumes.

Scope of works included

  • Road pavement profiling, stabilisation and reconstruction

  • Asphalt works

  • Modifications to the existing drainage assets

  • Line marking

Project timeline

Construction is now complete and the road is now open to the public. Final line marking and road signage will be carried out by Main Roads Western Australia, with time frames yet to be confirmed.

We appreciate that the proposed works may cause some disruption, however these upgrades are necessary to improve road safety in our community.
