We are replacing the electrical switchboard in the southern end of City Park.
The works will commence on Monday 6 July and are anticipated to be complete by Friday 10 July 2026.
During this time there will be no power to the southern part of the reserve (outlined on the map below) which includes BBQs, a toilet block, car park lighting and some park lighting. The lighting in the northern part of the park is serviced by a different switchboard and these lights will remain operational without any impact.
The toilet block will remain open during the daytime as normal, and will be locked up at sun-down as normal.
