Overview
Hillman Hall consists of a main hall adjoined by a kitchen. The facility also has a meeting room that can cater for up to 20 people. Within the main hall are doors that open up to a lawn area. Current user groups include ballet, dance, darts, education/training classes and church groups. The meeting room is popular for casual bookings and is a perfect venue to hold seminars, training and interviews.
16th–21st birthday parties are not permitted at the centre.

Rectangular trestle tables, chairs, piano, air-conditioning, outdoor grassed area, kitchen. Parking for approximately 35 vehicles.
Refurbishments completed in 2025 provided a unisex universal accessible toilet to the main hall and a baby change area. Accessibility has been improved with an entry ramp and wider doorways and passages.
Types of hire
Regular fees apply to groups who make 10 or more bookings in a financial year.
Commercial
- Any department, agency or instrumentality of the State of Commonwealth or any statutory body;
- Any company or body corporate other than as association incorporated under the Associations Incorporations Act 1987; or
- Any individual intending to use the hired facility for profit or gain.
Non-commercial
- Any person or body other than a commercial hirer.
