Save the date! Our annual Youth Beach Party returns to Rockingham Foreshore in 2027.
Join us for an afternoon packed with summer fun, including:
- Silent disco on the beach
- Free sausage sizzle
- Free slushy
- Creative cove
- Face painting and temporary tattoos
- Inflatable obstacle course
- Dodgeball
- Beach sports
- Photo booth
- Activity and information stalls
- Live performances from local youth talents and more.
A food truck and ice cream truck will also be on site, with food available for purchase.
Registrations
This is a free ticketed event and registration is required. Registrations will open in November 2026.
Accessibility
We’re committed to ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable experience for young people of all abilities. Accessible features include:
- Chill Out Zone – Youth Disability Advocacy Network (YDAN) will host a low-sensory space with tactile items and noise-cancelling headphones.
- Beach Matting – Installed on the Rockingham Foreshore beach for easier access.
- Beach Equipment – Two beach wheelchairs (Mobi-chair and Sandcruiser) and a beach walker will be available to borrow from the Information Tent.
- Accessible Bathrooms – An accessible bathroom at Churchill Park, a portable accessible toilet and a Changing Places facility will be available on site.
- ACROD Parking – Four ACROD parking bays will be available on Rockingham Beach Road.
