Forest Bathing, known in Japan as Shinrin-yoku, is more than a walk amongst the trees. It is a mindful practice that slows the mind, reconnects us with nature, and can boost immunity, improve sleep and lift mood. Join us to learn more and experience it for yourself. Includes time outside under nearby local trees.

This is a free event for ages 16+. Bookings are essential and will open Saturday 4 April.

For further information contact Safety Bay Library on 9528 8611 or rockinghamlibraries@rockingham.wa.gov.au.
