Join Japanese artist and food creator Nami Osaki from Nami's Art Room for a special Japanese mochi doughnut workshop.
A mochi doughnut is a hybrid of an American doughnut and Japanese mochi, making it fluffy and moist, with a satisfying chewy texture.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to make mochi doughnuts from scratch using simple, affordable ingredients. Nami will also show you how to decorate your creations in the adorable Japanese kawaii style, which means "cute".
Note: Please bring your own tea towel, plate and teaspoon.
This is a free event for young people aged 12 to 18 years.
Bookings are essential and open 29 September.
