This free course is part of the Rockingham Youth Centre’s Level Up Certified Courses Program and is designed for young people aged 15–24 years.
This accredited Food Hygiene course (SITXFSA005 - Use hygienic practices for food safety) is ideal for anyone looking to work in hospitality or other food related industries. Learn how to manage hygiene requirements, critical temperatures for food safety, waste management and essential cleaning procedures.
Participants must be over the age of 14 years and provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number upon registration to attend. Visit USI to find more information about your USI number.
