This practical session over a coffee is for those already retired, planning for future retirement or supporting an older family member through this stage.
It offers practical advice, available supports and how to access them, and an opportunity to ask questions and take away useful information for now or the future.

Topics include
- The 4 Phases of Retirement
- Emotional changes associated with retirement
