    Overview

    The City of Rockingham's premier facility has been open since November 2008. The facility comprises a main hall, serviced by a fully-equipped commercial kitchen, a multipurpose room and meeting room.

    The centre also has an exhibition space available for hire and used for community and commercial art shows.

    A 3D virtual tour of the Gary Holland Community Centre is available.

    The facility is popular for a wide array of community and commercial hirers, including corporate, private and not-for-profit organisations.

    Tourism Rockingham provides the booking management service for the centre and deals with the day-to-day operations. It also maintains a presence during all bookings.

    The venue is closed on public holidays and not available for hire on those days.

    Birthday parties are not permitted at the centre.

    Parking for over 50 vehicles (to rear of building), tea and coffee service, on-site staff management, large outdoor area.

    • Any company or body corporate other than as association incorporated under the Associations Incorporations Act 1987; or
    • Any individual intending to use the hired facility for profit or gain.

    Non-commercial

    • Any person or body other than a commercial hirer.
