                                                                 The City commenced firebreak inspections on all
                                                                 properties on 1 December 2020. If your property
                                                                 is found to be non-compliant, you may receive
                                                                 an infringement. Full details can be found in the
                                                                 Fire Control Notice available on the City’s website
                                                                 rockingham.wa.gov.au/firecontrol.

                                                                 A prohibited burning period commenced on
                                                                 1 December 2020 and is in place until 30 March 2021.

           This Summer the City of Rockingham is partnering with
           the Department of Health to remind everyone to Play
           It Food Safe. Warmer temperatures lead to a greater
           risk of food poisoning, a serious illness which can be
           life threatening particularly to young children, pregnant
           women, the elderly and anyone with a supressed
           immune system.
