Proposed Holiday House - Banner Avenue, Baldivis

Proposal

The City has received an application seeking Development Approval for a proposed Holiday House to operate from Lot 610 (No.23) Banner Avenue, Baldivis.

Details of the proposal are provided as follows:

• The applicant is seeking Development Approval to use the existing dwelling on the property as a Holiday House offering short stay (unhosted) accommodation
• A maximum of six guests and a minimum three night stay per booking is proposed
• The Property Manager will reside at a separate residence on Wallaby Parade in Baldivis and will attend the property in the event of an emergency/complaint, and
• A House Management Plan has been submitted to support the application.
