The City of Rockingham COVID-19 Local Recovery Coordination Group (LRCG) is continuing to support the implementation of the State Government's COVID-19 WA Recovery Plan.

Destination Perth
In light of the recent challenges, Rockingham tourism businesses have been offered the opportunity to join Destination Perth (the Regional Tourism Organisation for Perth) free of charge until 30 March 2021. Head to the Destination Perth membership page for further information.
Tourism WA

The State Government, through Tourism WA, committed $14.4 million to the WA Tourism Recovery Program; a package to support the tourism industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. This support package had two funding programs; the $10.4 million Tourism Recovery Fund and the $4 million Tourism Business Survival Grant. On October 5 2020 the State Government announced the outstanding funding from the Tourism Recovery Fund would be used for the Tourism Business Survival Grant program which attracted hundreds of applications. Successful applicants have been notified.
