Date07 January 2026 The City of Rockingham Annual Electors’ Meeting will be held on Thursday 5 February 2026 at 6pm in the Reception Room of the Council Administration Building, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham.
The purpose of the Annual Electors’ Meeting is to discuss the contents of the Annual Report for the 2024/2025 financial year and then any other items of general business.
Any motions to be considered at the Annual General Meeting of Electors must be lodged in writing to the City by 5pm on Tuesday 3 February 2026. Motions provided after this time will not be considered.
