Date23 December 2025 There are no changes to bin collections over the holiday season. Bins will be collected as usual on all of the public holidays, including:
- Christmas Day Thursday 25 December 2025
- Boxing Day Friday 26 December 2025
- New Year’s Day Thursday 1 January 2026
- Australia Day Monday 26 January 2025
Please ensure that bins are placed on the kerb by 6am on your collection day. They may be collected earlier on the public holidays.
Millar Road Landfill is open seven days a week, from 7.30am–4pm (closed 25 December 2025). The public cannot access the landfill on Christmas Day but this will not affect bin collections.
