Date24 June 2022 The City of Rockingham is now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the lease/licence of Baldivis Hall, located on the corner or Fifty Road and Baldivis Road, Baldivis.
Baldivis Hall features a number of amenities including a main hall, kitchen, male and female toilets, two store rooms, a small office and parking.
The occupancy period is expected to start in mid-November 2022. Interested parties are invited to attend a viewing of Baldivis Hall at 10am on Friday 1 July 2022.

EOIs must be submitted to the City’s Community and Leisure Facilities team by 2pm on Friday 8 July 2022.
