The Department of Fire and Emergency Services has further extended the Prohibited Burning Period to Sunday 28 April 2024. No Permits to Burn will be issued during this time. All enquiries to 9528 0333.

Outbound Email Issue

The City is experiencing issues with sending outbound emails to customers who have an email address provided by selected Internet Service Providers (ISP). 

All inbound emails sent to the City are still being received as expected. 

The City is unable to send emails to customers who have an email address provided by the below ISPs:

  • AAPT          e.g.  johncitizen@aapt.com.au
  • iiNet            e.g.  johncitizen@iinet.net.au
  • Westnet      e.g.  johncitizen@westnet.com.au

The City has proactively submitted support tickets with some of the above ISPs. Customers are encouraged to submit a support ticket with their ISP to assist in having this issue resolved. Below are the links to the relevant support pages for each ISP:

Unable to register for Rock Port

Customers using an email address provided by any of the above ISPs will likely experience difficulties when attempting to register for Rock Port. Please complete a Rock Port registration request or contact 9528 0333 so that we can assist you with your Rock Port registration.
