Date28 April 2021 In accordance with regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is given that a Special Meeting of Council wil be held at 4.30pm on Monday 3 May 2021 in the Council Chambers, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham.
The purpose of the meeting is for Council to consider and adopt a Code of Conduct for Council members, committee members and candidates, a policy to guide the management of complaints arising from the Code of Conduct, and other matters related to managing and determining such complaints.
The meeting is open to the public and there will be public question time, but only in relation to the above purpose.
