Spires Structure Plan Amendment
We have received an application seeking approval of an amendment to the Spires Structure Plan over Lots 312 and 313 Fifty Road, Lots 2, 4, 7 and 8 Eighty Road and Lot 5 Baldivis Road, Baldivis.
The proposed structure plan amendment contains the following elements:
- Rezone land from R25 (average 350 m2 lot size) to R40 (average 220 m2 lot size) and R100 (plot ratio of 1.3) in the vicinity of the Baldivis North Neighbourhood Centre;
- Rezone land from R100 to Commercial to facilitate the development of a 'tavern' adjacent to the planned Public Open Space.
