Short Term Rental Accommodation - Rockingham Beach Road

Proposal

The City has received four (4) Applications seeking approval for the following units within the Nautilus Apartment complex to be used for Short-Term Rental Accommodation (unhosted), at No.17 Rockingham Beach Road, Rockingham.

  • The proposed units are 21, 23, 48, and 52
  • Units 21, 48 and 52 comprise of three Bedroom, two bathroom apartments accommodating a maximum of six guests, with two allocated parking bays per dwelling, located in the basement carpark of the complex
  • Unit 23 is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, accommodating a maximum of two guests, with one allocated parking bay in the basement carpark of the complex
  • Each apartment will have a minimum seven night stay period applicable to each booking
  • Guest check-in will occur between 12pm to 6pm, with check-out occurring by 10am
  • The units will be managed (bookings, cleaning etc.) by Rockingham Apartments who will attend the property in the event of an emergency or complaint
  • House rules such as no parties, pets or smoking inside will apply
  • House Management Plans for each unit have been submitted to support the applications.
