Proposal

We have received an application seeking approval for a Change of Use to Holiday House at Lot 479 (No.5) Trinity Court, Safety Bay.

Details of the proposal are:

  • A maximum of four guests are permitted under any one booking;
  • Marketing, bookings and enquiries will be arranged through Air BnB;
  • The property will be available on Air BnB all year round but will be used by the owners for their family on occasion; and
  • A House Management Plan has been submitted with the application which details the owner's contact details in the case of an emergency or complaint.
