Short Stay Accommodation - Rockingham
We have received an application seeking approval for the Renewal of Short Stay Accommodation at 193 Rockingham Beach Road, Rockingham.
Details are as follows:
- the application is for a permanent approval;
- there will be a maximum number of 12 guests;
- all bookings and enquiries will be managed via the online platform Air BnB;
- the listing, management of bookings, management of neighbour complaints and cleaning of the property will be overseen by the daughter of the property owner who resides in Henley Brook, WA;
- a secure lock box has been installed to provide guests with a 24-hour check-in service;
- house keys will be left in the secure lock box prior to guest arrivals;
- car parking will be made available for up to four vehicles; and
- A Noise Restriction Management Plan has been submitted with the application.
