Proposal
The City has received individual applications seeking approval for the following units to be used for unhosted short-term rental accommodation (serviced apartments) purposes, as described below:
Within Block 1 - Units 9, 11, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of No.12 Westralia Garden, Rockingham and within Block 2 - Units 5, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of No.26 Westralia Garden, Rockingham. Each unit proposes the following maximum guest numbers:

- a minimum two night stay will apply to every booking
- guest check-in will occur from 2pm, with check-out occurring by 10am.
- guests will be provided clear instructions on the allocated car parking bay for each Unit
- the Units will be managed by Yaran Property Group who will attend the property in the event of an emergency or complaint; and
- a house management plan has been submitted to support the applications.
