Proposal

We have received a Development Application seeking to use Unit 42 at No.436 Safety Bay Road, Safety Bay, for Short-Term Rental Accommodation (Unhosted) purposes, as described below:

  • A maximum of four guests will be permitted at any one time
  • guest check-in will occur no later than 7pm, with guest check-out occurring by 10am
  • there are two car parking bays on-site allocated for use by the subject unit
  • the Property Manager resides within a 20 minute drive and will attend the property in the event of an emergency or complaint
  • house Rules such as no parties, pets or smoking will apply.
