Proposed Serviced Apartment - Kent Street, Rockingham


The City has received an application seeking approval for Unit 11 within the Seaview Gardens complex to be used for Short Stay Accommodation (unhosted), as described below:

  • Unit 11 is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment.
  • A maximum of four guests and a minimum four night stay per booking is proposed.
  • Bookings are managed by the owner through online booking platforms and Rockingham Visitor Centre.
  • Guests check in is after 2pm and check out prior to 10am on the day of departure.
  • Parking is in the designated carport space for Unit 11 and visitor parking bay.
  • House rules apply, which include:
    • No smoking, parties or pets allowed

    • Quiet time is 10pm-8am
