Proposal
We have received an application seeking approval for Change of Use to Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation (Serviced Apartment) at Lot 69 (No.69/18-24) Kent Street, Rockingham.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Unit 69 comprises two bedroom and two bathroom, accommodating up to a maximum of four guests, with one allocated parking bay on the ground floor carpark of the complex
- each booking will require a minimum seven night stay period
- all bookings will be managed through online booking platforms
- guest check-in will occur after 2pm, and check-out prior to 10am
- details of emergency contacts including phone numbers and email addresses will be made available through the online booking platform and House Management Plan
- house rules, such as no parties, no pets and no smoking inside will apply
- quiet hours will be between 10pm and 7am on Monday to Saturday and 10pm and 9am on Sundays and Public Holidays
- a House Management Plan has been provided in support of the Application.
