Proposal

We have received an application seeking approval for home business to operate from Lot 778 (No.62) Pleasantview Parade, Baldivis, which includes the sale of gym equipment. The business operations can be described as follows:

• Stock is delivered every 2 - 3 months by a third-party vehicle which will not exceed 4.5 tonnes tare weight
• the business will operate between the hours of 9am - 4pm, Monday to Saturday
• the business operates from a total of 36m² in the areas highlighted on the site plan
• all sales of gym equipment are made via online platforms only
• all client visits are by appointment only for pre-arranged order collections
• parking for clients will occur within the drive-way on site
• no additional machinery is required beyond standard household equipment
• waste, including excess packaging, will be disposed of within general waste rubbish bins. additional excess waste will be disposed of at the local refuse station
• no signage is proposed on site
• the business is solely operated by the landowner; no additional employees are involved.
