Proposal

We have received an application seeking approval for a Home Business at Lot 160 (No.48) Lookout Vista, Singleton.

The proposed business seeks to operate as follows:

• The proposed business will operate from the office within the existing dwelling, comprising an area of approximately 18 m²
• the business will operate Tuesday - Friday, 9am to 5pm
• the business will not operate on Weekends, Mondays or Public Holidays
• a maximum of four staff will be on site at any one time comprising of two staff who reside on site, and two external employees
• parking for external staff will be accommodated on site within the existing driveway
• the home business operations will include administrative tasks and bookkeeping for Prestige Homes and Granny Flats
• no clients will attend the premise at any time
• no signage is proposed on site.
