Proposed Holiday House - Vista Avenue, Rockingham (Amended)

Proposal

The City has received an application seeking to amend an existing development approval for a holiday house located at 9 Vista Avenue, Rockingham.

Details of the amended proposal are provided as follows:

• The amendment seeks to increase the number of guests from six to a maximum of eight guests
• a maximum of three guest car parking spaces is proposed within the property boundary
• an updated House Management Plan and House Rules has been submitted to support the application
• all other operations of the Holiday House remain unchanged
