Proposal

The City has received an application seeking approval for a Change of Use to ‘holiday house' at Lot 102 (No.15) Seacrest Street, Safety Bay.

Details of the proposal are provided as follows:

  • The applicant is seeking development approval to use the dwelling as a holiday house for short stay (unhosted) accommodation purposes
  • a maximum of six guests will be permitted at any one time
  • there is sufficient space for four cars to park on the property
  • a two night minimum stay period is required
  • guests will check in from 10am on the day of arrival and check out by 2pm on the departure day
  • a House Management Plan has been submitted that includes House Rules such as:
    • no parties
    • quiet time is from 9pm
