Proposed Holiday House - Safety Bay


We have received an application seeking Development Approval for a holiday house at Lot 398 (No.63) Malibu Road, Safety Bay.

The details of the proposal are:

  • the owners of the property have engaged a property manager to carry out the operation of the holiday house;
  • a maximum of six guests and a minimum two-night stay is proposed for any booking;
  • marketing, bookings and enquiries will be managed through real estate agents and online platforms such as Stayz and Air BnB; and
  • a House Management Plan has been submitted with the application.
