Proposed Holiday House - Radford Place, Safety Bay

Proposal

We have received an application seeking to use Strata Lot 3 (No.7C) Radford Place, Safety Bay, for Short-Term Rental Accommodation (unhosted) purposes.

Details of the proposal are as follows:

• A maximum of six guests will be permitted at any one time, with a minimum two night stay period applicable to each booking
• guest check-in will occur from 2pm, with check-out occurring by 10am
• there is availability for two vehicles to be accommodated within the existing garage on-site
• the property will be managed by the Rockingham Visitor Centre
• a House Management Plan has been submitted to support the application.
