Proposed Holiday House - Parkin Street, Rockingham


The City has received an application for the change of use to a holiday house on 76D Parkin Street, Rockingham.

Details of the proposal are provided as follows:

  • The applicant is seeking development approval to use Unit 76D on the property as a holiday house offering short stay (unhosted) accommodation
  • The holiday house will be marketed via the AirBnB platform
  • A maximum of six guests and a minimum five night stay per booking is proposed
  • Guest check in time is from 3pm and check out is by 11am
  • A House Management Plan has been submitted to support the Application.
