We have received an application seeking approval for an Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation (USTRA) (Holiday House) at Lot 33 (No.3) Oxley Place, Rockingham.
The details include:
- The dwelling comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms
- the applicant has indicated there is space available for four parking bays on the driveway and in the garage on site
- the USTRA is proposed to accommodate up to a maximum of eight guests
- each booking will require a minimum three day stay
- all bookings will be managed through online booking platforms
- guest check-in will occur after 2pm, and check-out before 10am
- any complaints are managed by the property owners who will be available at all times to attend situations as required
- house rules include the following:
- no smoking inside the dwelling
- no pets are permitted
- no parties are permitted
- quiet hours are between 9.30pm and 7am.
