Proposal

We have received an application seeking approval to operate Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation from Strata Lot 3 (No.3/4) Gloucester Avenue, Shoalwater.

Details of the proposal are as follows:

  • A maximum of four guests will be permitted on-site at any one time, with a minimum three night stay period applicable to each booking
  • the unit has a carport which can accommodate one vehicle per booking
  • guest check-in will occur from 12pm, with check-out occurring by 10am
  • the Rockingham Visitor Centre will manage the accommodation and will attend the property in the event of a complaint
  • a House Management Plan has been submitted to support the Application.
